I was very pleased with Heath and his staff. I'm enjoying my new truck and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to expand.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THIS BUSINESS unless you have a third party check out the vehicle first hand! In 2014, my wife and I made the mistake of purchasing a deck boat online from D & J's without a third party to check out the boat prior to ordering and paying for it. (we'll NEVER be that trusting again)Turns out the beautiful Mariah deck boat that they had advertised was misrepresented in the adds and photos by claiming it was powered by a 4.3liter v6 engine (which is what we wanted since fuel was about $1.40 or over $5 a gallon were we lived in Ontario at the time)) After the boat arrived to our home and we actually looked at the engine, we found out that it was a V8 ,5.7L or "350" CU IN engine, NOT the V6 4.3liter as advertised. There were no engine size stickers on the air breather in the advertised photo's and I've since learned that all Merc engines have these stickers, so D & J's must have removed them prior to photos of the engine. D & J's apologized for their "error" (since they are a marine dealer and should know what they are selling) then said they would take it back, only if WE paid the hundreds of dollar shipping fees to return it, somewhere around $1200 Cdn dollars! (Are you kidding me?) We argued and yet they refused to pay the shipping or compensate us at all, so, we reluctantly kept the boat. THEN, after only 2.9 hrs of clocked usage, the boats engine blew a connecting rod and the engine was shot! We sold the boat 6 weeks after buying it for $6000 less than we paid for it, again, with NO compensation whatsoever from D & J's! Bad business practices to an overwhelming extent by D & J's, and we're still as angry as hell with D & J's 3 yrs later, hence this post! I've read some similar reviews after my experience so that should tell you what this business is all about. Stay clear away! Don't believe anything "Heath" tells you, and get an outside opinion before dropping any coin to this business for a vehicle.
Heath and the staff go out of the way to take care of the customer. They have always been easy to deal with and sell good trucks. Best valued used Rollbacks around, keep up the good work.

Very poor communication. Sent email about towtruck on 12-12-17 after hours and received no response the next day. I made a phone call and reached Heath which discussed the cost of the truck and plans for delivery. He seemed very uninterested in selling but i needed the truck and was willing to pay asking price. He said he would call me back in 1 hour and never did. 6 hours later i called him and he said he forgot about me but would call me at 8:30 am on Thursday 12/14. Never heard from him and when i called the office at 9:00am, the lady said she sold the unit and was very rude and told me that its a first come first serve. This whole conversation was awful. Very poor business communication. Due to his actions, I stopped looking for other vehicles and already had insurance process started for this unit. BIG WASTE OF TIME
