Delivery often takes a bit longer than expected, but they are upfront and accurate in their estimated delivery time. They are also very patient while accommodating many special requests and the use of promo codes.
The assistant manager said that she was too busy to call her manager and after I placed my order the was already burned pizza and uncooked chicken she just hung up the phone when I called back she said she didn't put my order in after 20 mins on the phone I told her I would like for her to do her job and take the order she then threatened to call the police and said that the GM was her husband. This was beyond unprofessional and obviously reflects a power trip over customer service skills! I will never spend a penny again there and our kids usually order every week. She was rude disrespectful and incapable of doing her job. The worst part is she is a manager someone who is supposed to be able to do her job what a reflection of leadership!
Very quick & friendly staff. They have always gotten my orders correct no matter how difficult I've made them. Pizza is always hot & the cheese has always been gooey & melted.... Only thing I have against Dominos is if I order 4 large pizzas & 2 large orders of their garlic knots i don't believe I should be charged for a few shipping sauces such as marinara sauce & garlic butter. They charge 50 cent per dipping sauce especially when i just ordered almost $60 worth of food. @ least Little Caesars allows youto get as much sauce as you want
We had to wait over an hour for the pizza, and when I called to check on the order, I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes. I just hung up. When the driver arrived, she snickered regarding the wait time for the pizza. And for our wait time, we received a free diet coke. I do not eat/drink aspartame. We were informed that you were unaware of the number of orders you had received and were behind, but we never once received a call informing us of this. The customer service was abysmal! The ONLY positive is that the pizza was hot and made correctly. Though the pizza was good, due to the lack of customer service, I will not be ordering from this location again. Please note that customer service goes a very long way. I am generally a positive and polite person, and beyond accommodating. If we had only received a call to inform of the delay, that would have been fine, and we would have adjusted our lunch hour accordingly.
Delivery drivers cannot find our house. But the pizza comes hot ... the management isn't so great and the turnover rate for employees is ridiculously high. Wish this dominos would get their act together.
