There were some snags with the lawyers getting the title work done on time and she jumped on the situation quickly and found us a lawyer that would be willing to get the title work done and fast! We were able to close an entire week early!
Because we are from out of town, she had gone back and forth several times to the property to take pictures for us and make lists.
She helped us every step of the way and after the sale, she is still checking up on us to make sure everything is OK or if we need anything else.
